Brissago lies about 9 km from Locarno near the Italian border. The house has a large 4.5 rooms apartment that is rented by us and another smaller 2 rooms apartment on the ground floor. The house lies in the upper part of Brissago on sunny and cliff position and has a beautiful lake and mountain view from Ascona to Italy. The outdoor pool (2.5m x 6m open ca. from June until end of September, weather dependent) is for common use but without sunbathing area. There is a large lake side balcony with lying area, sun gates and furniture.
Driveway to house and separate garage. Bus stop, lake and beach about 1 km (bus stop with special schedule in 200m). Food store about 1.8 km. Bed and kitchen linen available. Pets are permitted. |
