Locarno lies on Lago Maggiore lake. The apartment house is situated on a sunny and central place, just 50m (1 block) from the beautiful lake promenade. The view is over Lago Maggiore and the mountains beyond. There is a covered balcony with furniture and another smaller balcony. Building has elevator/lift. Arrival by car to the house is possible. Parking space is included. Bus stop and Locarno city center, with many shopping possibilities, are ca. 300m. Train station is ca. 500m. Public pool and beach are ca. 800m. Bed, kitchen and bath linen are available. Washing machine, shared with building residents, is available for common use. Pets are not allowed. |
