Tegna is a small, typical village in the region land of Pedemonte, ca. 4 km of Locarno in Maggiatal/Centovalli. The typical Ticino house was renovated in 2007. It was respected old and typical building elements such as granite decoration and partially granite grounds in old time style. This gives this house its special atmosphere. The house is at the village edge at sunny position with view on mountains. The vicinity to the line of the nostalgic Centovalli train is not disturbing because this train pulls there only slowly and consists of only 1-2 vehicles. Garden seat with pergola and stone table, as well as meadow for private use. Driveway to house. Public parking place by train station ca. 200 ms. shop, bath on the river ca. 1.5 km. Tennis, golf, riding in walk distance available (Bike connected over river Melezza after Losone). Bed, kitchen, bath linen as well as crib until ca. 2 years available. Washing machine for private use. Pets permited. Tenant change always Friday!

Bath with shower/toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with french bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 small bedroom with 1 bed. 1 small, closed Loggia (similar to a balcony) with seat places for 2 people.
