Cadro lies 6 km north from Lugano. The vacation and sport center lies surrounded by forest on large sun terrace and on quiet position. Panoramic view on mountains and Lake Lugano (not all untis with view). The vacation center offers very large opportunity to participate in sports and games, it is attractive for active vacationer, however also for families with children. The well cared vacation units of different sizes are in 4-floors houses "residence" or in double-floor houses typically country stone houses "Rustico". Car driveway in "residence" until house, in "Rustico" up to ca. 30/100 m. 1 reserved parking place or garage per unit. Bus stop, store ca. 1 km. Lake and public pool ca. 7 km. Reception. Large meadow parasol and deck chairs. Indoor swimming pool, outside swimming pool (opened of ca. beginning June until ca. beginning October, weather dependent) as well as children playground area. Free use: children playground, archery, mini golf, ping pong. Against fee: Tennis (2 hall places, 10 outside, 5 sand places), tennis courses for children and adults, 2 squashcourts, whirlpool, sauna. The vacation center offers also culinary highpoints with local and Italian specialties in the elegant Rotisserie with large terrace and special evening, Grottino with delicious pizza and grill specialities, in summer time by nice weather the meals could be served by pool. In the week rental price included: electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, bed, kitchen and bath linen. Final apartment cleaning and wash change 1 x per week. Baby cot until 3 years can be rented. It is possible to book the breakfast (fr. 150.- person/week) or half board (breakfast and dinner fr. 444.- person/week) by booking; children until 6 years 50% and of 6-12 years 30% reduction. Pets on request and against fee. Apartment check out at the latest 09.00 clock. Tenant change always on Saturday, exceptions on request.
