Luino lies at the Lago Maggiore, ca. 12 km from Swiss frontier. The well cared "Residenza Agrifoglio" lies at sunny and quiet cliff position above Luino with beautiful view on the mountains. It consists of the two two-floors houses "Adele" and "Linda" as well of the "Residenza" which was finished in 2003. The Residenza is made on terraces on 3 floors and includes several flats of different sizes with outside areas. All flats are well cared and new furnished. The vacations residence includes a large, well cared garden, trees, rest areas children playground, grill place, swimmingpool (12 ms x 6 ms,sun heated and opened of ca. beginning of June until ca. middle October, weather dependent) and children swimmingpool. Internet Wi-Fi 24 H (to pay on place). Driveway to the residence. 1 reserved parking place per apartment on closed residence area. Bus stop, shop ca. 300 ms. sport center with tennis and inside pool ca. 500 ms. Center and lake promenade ca. 2 km. Bed and bath linen against fee on arrival. Baby cot available against fee (to book by reservation), babys are included in the number of booked persons. Extra bed on request against fee by reservation. Washmachine automat available (pay by coin). Extras flat rate fee includes: final cleaning (kitchen combi including dishes and devices as well as bathroom must be cleaned before leaving the house), electricity, water, gas.
