Ronco is situated on a sunny slope between Ascona and Brissago, approx. 8 km from Locarno. The charming house is situated in a quiet and sunny hillside location with an exclusive panoramic view of Lake Maggiore, the Brissago islands and the surrounding mountain range. Car access below the house, then stairs up to house level (approx. 30 steps) and through the external gate to the front door. At the entrance, the kitchen on the right, then a balcony on the lake side with sun loungers and a spacious living room with fireplace and panoramic view. On the side of the house ther's a terrace with beautiful planting, table and 4 chairs. At the entrance internal stairs to the ground floor where the sleeping area and the bathroom are located. Ascona approx. 2 km, shopping approx. 500 m. Lido in Porto Ronco approx. 1 km. Brissago with promenade and large Lido approx. 5 km. Bed/kitchen linen and towels available. Pets not allowed.

Spacious and bright living room. Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed with direct access to the garden. 1 small bedroom with sofa bed suitable for 2 persons. 1 bathroom with bath/WC and finally a separate shower. Next to it the washing machine.

On the upper floor, kitchen accessible by internal staircase, balcony and living room with upholstered suite, fireplace, Internet W-Lan, exit to the lakeside terrace.
