Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial. Blick 180° über den See gegenüber den Inseln und immer eine leichte Brise bei der sich auch eine Hitzewelle ertragen läßt. Einrichtung, die Bilder sind kein Fake, alles modern und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist uneinnehmbar, top privacy. Als Aussage: wir werden 2027 zum 3ten Mal in diesem Haus und zum 2ten Mal in dieser Wohnung sein.

Im Juni war noch die Heizung auf Standby angestellt und an einem regnerischen Tag wurde die Stube dann sehr warm. Manuell abgestellt und alles war bestens. Da die Kissen keine Schutzüberzüge (unter dem sauberen Bezug) haben, sind sie unter dem Bezug etwas gelblich. Wir haben unsere Eigenen mitgenommen. Die Wäsche ist sauber, und so auch die ganze Wohnung. Auf dem Induktionsherd funktioniert eine Stahl-Bialetti-Caffetiera nicht. Sie ist zu klein um das Magnetfeld zu aktivieren. Dazu ist ein Bialetti-Adapter notwendig. Ebenfalls unbedingt das Handbuch für den Ofen lesen. Den Wasserbehälter kann man nur auffüllen oder entleeren, wenn man auf der Abdeckung neben dem Display auf das entsprechende Feld tippt. Es lässt sich nicht mehr so gut mit der Automatik öffnen, was darauf schliessen lässt, dass evtl. das Handbuch nicht gelesen wurde.

Die einmalige Lage dieser Wohnung macht den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis.

Dank der Tiefgarage und dem Lift ist der Zugang zur Wohnung so gut gelöst wie sonst kaum in Ronco.

Wir werden wieder dort Ferien verbringen.
