Welcome to Casa Martina, a spacious detached holiday home – ideal for families, couples and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay with plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the lake, mountains and surrounding landscape.
The 95 m², 4.5-room house is arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Three separate bedrooms provide comfortable private spaces for a relaxing stay. All living and sleeping areas feature practical tiled flooring.
The cosy living room invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and open fireplace. Cable TV with international channels and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity throughout your holiday. Central heating ensures a comfortable atmosphere even on cooler days.
The separate, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. A ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment are provided, together with a coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The bathroom features a bathtub, and there is also a separate guest toilet. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are provided for your stay. A shared washing machine and a vacuum cleaner add further convenience.
One of the highlights of Casa Martina is its private outdoor area. A private outdoor pool of approximately 15 m² offers a refreshing place to cool off on warm days. The covered terrace, garden and lawn with outdoor furniture provide several inviting spaces for relaxing in the fresh air. Man kann direkt vom Haus nach Ascona oder Cannobio wandern, man ist in ein paar Minuten unten in Brissago und mit dem kostenlosen Bus auch gleich wieder zurück. Herrliche Stunden auf dem Balkon - zum Frühstück und am Abend - mit Blick über den See auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Super Ausgangspunkt für Motorrad-Touren in die umliegenden Täler oder für Besuche der umliegenden Städte mit dem Auto oder mit dem Boot direkt von Brissago. Der eigene Pool bietet Entspannung und Abkühlung in privater Atmosphäre. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder reichen für die ganze Familie.
