Welcome to Villa Paradiso, a spacious and exclusive holiday villa in Ronco sopra Ascona – ideal for families, couples and small groups looking to enjoy privacy, high-quality comfort and a special setting overlooking Lake Maggiore.

The detached villa offers 225 m² of living space arranged over two floors, with a total of seven rooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests. Three bright bedrooms provide comfortable private spaces, while a baby cot is also available for the youngest guests. Built in 1963 and fully renovated in 2015, the villa combines its original character with modern comfort.

The light-filled living area features natural stone and parquet flooring, a comfortable sofa corner and armchairs, as well as direct access to the outdoor area. There is intentionally no TV, allowing peaceful surroundings, nature and time together to take centre stage. A selection of books is available for quiet moments. Underfloor heating and a modern heat pump ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.

The open-plan kitchen is extensively equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay. Facilities include a four-zone hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, food processor and raclette set. In the adjoining dining area, you can enjoy meals together while taking in views of the garden, lake and surrounding mountains.

Three modern bathrooms provide additional convenience, particularly when travelling with several guests. They feature open showers, toilets, washbasins and mirrors, with one bathroom also offering a bathtub. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as a basic selection of toiletries, are provided.

One of the highlights of Villa Paradiso is its private wellness area with a sauna, steam bath and separate relaxation room. This is complemented by a private heated outdoor pool of approximately 25 m², available from the beginning of April until the end of October. A separate outdoor shower provides additional convenience.

The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The fully enclosed and private 600 m² grounds feature a park-like garden with a lawn, gazebo, sun loungers and various seating areas. A barbecue area with a charcoal grill is ideal for relaxed meals outdoors. From several areas of the garden and the conservatory, you can enjoy exceptional views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding landscape.

Families with children benefit from a high chair and stair gate, as well as the security of the enclosed grounds. A private washing machine, dryer and drying rack make longer stays particularly convenient. The villa is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.

Restaurants and shops are located within one kilometre, while public transport is approximately 400 metres away. The surrounding region offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, mountain activities and a variety of leisure pursuits on and around Lake Maggiore. Guests arriving by car have access to two private parking spaces directly above the house, one of which is covered by a carport.
