The well-maintained holiday home offers 105 m² of living space arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, with an additional extra bed also available. Families with children and babies are warmly welcome, and pets are also permitted. The house was built in 1953 and fully renovated in 2013.
The cosy living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa corner, armchair and open fireplace. Tiled flooring in the living area and parquet flooring in the bedrooms create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the house. Wi-Fi and cable TV provide additional entertainment during your stay.
The open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and fully equipped for self-catering. A ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, as well as crockery, cutlery and essential kitchen utensils, provide everything you need for preparing meals during your holiday. Several dining areas offer plenty of space for enjoying meals together with family or friends.
The modern bathroom features a window and walk-in shower, as well as a toilet, washbasin and mirror. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, together with a basic selection of toiletries including soap and shampoo, are provided.
One of the highlights of Casa Cappellina is its location directly on the lake. The property has private beach access and its own jetty, allowing you to enjoy Lake Maggiore just steps from the house. A beach chair is also available for relaxing by the water.
The fully enclosed outdoor area offers plenty of space to unwind. The large terrace and well-maintained garden feature a lawn, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a gazebo, all with impressive views of the lake and surrounding mountains. A barbecue area with a gas grill provides the perfect setting for relaxed meals outdoors. The enclosed grounds also offer additional privacy and are particularly convenient for families with children.
Swimming, snorkelling, fishing and various water and boating activities can easily become part of your holiday thanks to the property’s direct lakeside setting. Public transport is approximately 70 metres away, while the railway station can be reached within around 800 metres. A car is nevertheless recommended for exploring the wider surrounding area.
