Welcome to this cosy Ticino holiday home in Gordola – ideal for families, couples and anyone looking to enjoy peace, nature and a sunny hillside setting with beautiful panoramic views.
The detached 3-room house was built in 1977 in traditional Ticino style and was partially renovated and newly furnished in 2020. Arranged over two floors, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and is entirely for your exclusive use. Surrounded by vineyards and greenery, the property offers wide views across the Magadino Plain, towards Lake Maggiore in the distance and the surrounding mountains.
On the ground floor, the rustic and welcoming living and dining area features a dining table, armchair and daybed. A fireplace creates a particularly cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings, while Swisscom TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and additional convenience. From the living area, you have direct access to the open terrace as well as the covered seating area beside the entrance.
The open-plan kitchen is positioned slightly to the side of the living area and is practically equipped for self-catering with an electric hob, fridge and dishwasher.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom features a French bed, while the second is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 guests and a bunk bed and offers direct access to a small south-facing balcony. The bathroom on this floor features a bathtub, toilet and washbasin.
The outdoor areas offer several inviting spaces to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In addition to the covered seating area with outdoor furniture, there is an open granite terrace. A traditional pergola with a granite table and outdoor barbecue provides another pleasant setting for enjoying meals together and relaxing in the fresh air.
Bed linen and kitchen linen are provided for your stay, and a private washing machine is available for your exclusive use. Pets are also welcome at the property.
