The 45 m², 2-room apartment was fully renovated in 2020 and is located on the first floor. It features a separate bedroom and a bright living area. The well-designed layout and modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere where you can feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The living area features easy-care tiled flooring and invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and armchair. A digital TV and radio provide entertainment, while central and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate even on cooler days.
The open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and fully equipped for self-catering. A ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle provide everything you need for a leisurely breakfast or relaxed meals during your stay.
