The Gambarogno holiday region is located on lake Maggiore, opposite Locarno/Ascona. The small village of Vairano lies elevated in the hillside. The well-kept residence with about 10 residential units lies in a sunny position on the lower part of the village. Swimming pool area with outdoor pool about 7 m x 6 m
(open from mid-May to mid-September, weather dependent) and sun loungers for common use. The apartment lies on the top and has 2 balconies with wonderful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the Maggia delta with Ascona and Locarno. Driveway to the house. 2 reserved parking spaces, one of which is covered. Elevator. Bus stop about 100 m. Shop, lake with lido, train station about 2 km. Bed/kitchen linen available. Washing machine for private use. Smoking only on balcony/terrace allowed. Pets not permitted.
