Swimmingpool ca. 5 m x 3 m (open from ca. middle May until ca. the end of September, weather dependent). Large garden with granite table. In the pool area and in the 1st floor partly covered balcony with furniture, all for single use. Driveway until house, 2 covered private parking places. Bus stop ca. 500 m.
