Mid-May to about mid-September, weather permitting) with terrace for private use. Lawn, open and covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Driveway until ca. 100 m. 2 reserved, covered parking, elevator to house height, about 20 m to the house entrance. Village center with e-bike rental, bus stop and shops about 600 m.
