The spacious and elegant villa in Mediterranean style, built in 2002, lies above the village on a quiet and sunny hillside with beautiful panoramic view of the Lago Maggiore, Brissago islands and the surrounding mountains. The idyllic garden area with seidewalks and granite stone steps on the side of the villa is planted with many Mediterranean plants and shrubs. It also has several idyllic seating and a pergola with stone table with fantastic lake view. Beautiful, lakeside swimmingpool, ca. 8,5x3,5 m (open about. Mid-May to about mid-September, weather permitting) with terrace for private use. Lawn, open and covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Driveway until ca. 100 m. 2 reserved, covered parking, elevator to house height, about 20 m to the house entrance. Village center with e-bike rental, bus stop and shops about 600 m. Lake about 2.5 km. Bed, kitchen and bath linen available. Baby cot until about 2 years available. Washing machine for private use. Pets not permitted.
